Team → AI spend shows, per vendor, what the organization pays and how much of it goes unused. Admins connect vendors. Leads and admins can see the report.

GitHub Copilot

What it reads: your organization’s Copilot seat assignments: how many seats there are, which were active in the last 30 days, which were never used, and which are already being cancelled. It counts them and keeps only the counts. No GitHub login is stored. Connect it in one of two ways: Price. GitHub doesn’t report what you pay. Enter the monthly price per seat, from your invoice or as a list-price estimate. An estimate is labelled as one wherever it’s used. Without a price you see counts only, never an invented figure. Per team. Seats assigned through a GitHub team are also shown per team. A team smaller than your organization’s floor is combined with other small teams, and that row is hidden if it’s still below the floor.

Claude Code

What it reads: Anthropic’s Claude Code usage report for the last 30 full days (UTC): active users, sessions, edits accepted and rejected, commits and pull requests, and Anthropic’s own cost estimate. Users are counted, not recorded. No email or API key name is stored. Connect it with an Anthropic Admin API key from the Claude Console (Settings → Admin keys). Workspace keys can’t read usage. The key is checked straight away, stored encrypted, and the first 30 days arrive within about a minute. Not covered:
  • Claude Code used through Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or Microsoft Foundry.
  • Claude Enterprise seats on claude.ai, which Anthropic reports through a separate API.

Refreshing and disconnecting

Reports refresh on their own when they’re more than 12 hours old, and Refresh now reads them immediately. Disconnect removes the stored key or token and the figures read with it. A seat price you entered is kept.

In the weekly summary

When the weekly digest is on, its AI tools section reports unused Copilot seats and their cost, Claude Code users and estimated cost, and what agents were stopped from doing.
